AE Global Acquires TPK Ceramics

TPK Co-founders Trey Kavooras and Nigel Dandridge join AE Global to lead its vape division

distribution affiliate TPK Distribution. TPK Co-founders Trey Kavooras and Nigel Dandridge are joining AE Global to provide leadership across its fast-growing vape division.

TPK Ceramics has established itself as a leading vape hardware manufacturer with a singular focus on ceramic. Since pioneering the fully ceramic cartridge in 2017 and the zirconia cartridge in 2019, the company has built its reputation on rigorous quality control, the capacity to produce at scale without sacrificing consistency, and bespoke hardware development for many of the most recognized brands in cannabis. TPK Ceramics will continue to operate as a standalone brand under the AE Global umbrella. Its products, factory, quality protocols, and customer relationships remain unchanged. AE Global will offer TPK products within its vape catalog, and existing distribution partners will continue to be supported as authorized partners of the brand.
